Has anyone experienced a fractured calcaneus (heel bone)? I was just diagnosed and have not seen the orthopedic doc yet. I want to know what to expect. What is recovery time? Are you placed in a hard cast or boot? When can I start cross training? What are long term effects? Any information is appreciated. Tom
