Page 404 Error (Read 415 times)

Some of the less techy members of the user group I am in are complaining of a Page 404 error. I have a feeling they have the short cut in Favourites (IE) to the particular forum and cannot access directly from Favourites but can access it if they log in via the main RA site. Any ideas why?

Jerry- What page are they trying to reach? Maybe the location of the page changed? eric :-)
