I use Under Armor shorts when I run. But I have noticed that when the temps get much above freezing asy the low 50s or so I tend to devleope prickely heat on my............ well backside. Any one know how to prevent this?
To paraphrase an old poster: Today is the first day of the rest of your training. It doesn’t matter where you started or how far you’ve come. Today is the day.

Considering your name and the TV commercials, I think you should use Charmin.
I run in compression shorts for my long runs.  To prevent a bit of chafing on my cheeks I use BodyGlide.  I highly recommend it if you haven't tried it.  http://www.bodyglide.com/#/home

Thanks I'll give it try. It seems as if there is always some problem to over come doesn't it?
