I need help finding a calorie count (Read 406 times)

    Hi everyone, this isnt about running, but what the hey. I am starting to count my calories this year and for dinner tonight I had Buffalo Chicken Sausage pizza. I already got all the cals for the sauce, cheese and crust, but the buf. chicken saus didnt have cals on the package. I tried the manuf. website too with no luck. I only briefly tried looking for it on a calorie count website, but that also didnt have anything. I know I will probably have to use a best guestimate since its technically a "gourmet" sausage. Does anyone have the data on regular chicken sausage?? Thanks!

      I have used fitday.com in the past. The free version had everything I needed. Not sure this is what you were looking for.

          I know that Trader Joe's chicken sausages are about 170 calories per sausage depending on the flavor...
