Pocari Sweat.
Why does the name of this drink always sound gross to me? It is like I am drinking sweat or something.

Wow that's a lot of supplements! I'll second the posts saying food and beer. I also drink plant protein and emergen-c daily. Even assuming all those supplements work (which I am inclined to doubt), I'd rather see smaller gains the natural way than spend that much money and put that much garbage into my body. Just my $0.02...
No supplements.
I do find that a half a spoon of peanut butter before my run works great to get me through an hour run. Not the creamy kind though, it doesn't work. Just chunky works, YMMV .
I drink 1-3 beers daily, a gallon or less of water and a pot of coffee everyday. I mix a Kale/fruit smoothie for most days lunch Monday-Friday and eat 1-3 pieces of fruit daily, a string cheese, and a greek yogurt for snacks most days. Sometimes a PB&J during the day too. Dinner is whatever and I mean whatever ranging from Taco Bell to frozen pizza to chicken breast and salad.
It's been working through 10 years of marathons and a few years of ultras well enough. Not sure a doctor would recommend my diet. Probably wouldn't recommend my training plan either.
I would recommend eating a healthy balanced diet and saving your money. I'll also comment that taking anti-inflammatory medication every day is a bad road to go down. If it hurts so bad that you need medication you need to change something in your training. I don't know it all but I do have a lot of formal education and practical experience in this area.
It's Tuesday every day

I travel a lot, so: echinacea the week before, then during, then week after travel.
Finally: I had borderline anemia for decades... iron tablets never helped much... so one year I tried iron elixir, which fixed it bad-ass thoroughly. ("Look! I have fingernails that are pink, not bluish!") I no longer take it regularly, but keep it around, and take a swig if I start feeling draggy.
