I've been laid up with minor foot injuries for almost two weeks now and have been unable to run, but now am healed
and ready to resume training. What should I expect in terms of performance? Really poor or just average? Just wondering so I don't freak out
if my times are poor, etc....
Your times should be slower, if only for the simple fact that you are recovering from an injury.
In terms of the hit on your fitness, it shouldn't be significant. Within a week or two you should be back to normal.
