Personalizing the type of run in your workout summary (Read 271 times)

I've noticed that some people have personalized their summary charts with different information/colored bars to represent treadmill runs, runs with a partner, etc. I would think this would be under the "easy/long/fartlek/interval" category, but don't seem to be able to figure it out. Can someone point me in the right direction? Sorry, I'm new, just trying to figure out all the aspects of this site.

Click on "Options" at the upper righthand corner of the screen. Then click on "My Log Preferences." Then under Workout Types, click on "Running" and you can type in different types by whatever color you want. I had to ask, too!
