I had an anthroscopy and microfracture done in August and now 20 weeks + post op have resumed running although only for short distance and at jogging speed. I hope to be able to go back to races and hopefully to do a third full marathon by the end of 2006. One of my wish is to do a full marathon in a cooler climate like the US or NZ. The weather back here in Singapore is too humid and hot and makes it a mental torture to run a full marathon.
