Run like a kid again!

Anyone have glove recommendations? My wife and I are both looking for some new running gloves to keep our hands warm during the cold winter runs. We both ran the other day are hand froze with the Under Armor gloves we have. Also anyone know of a good place to buy running stuff that is having any big sales or have any coupon codes? We don't have to have this stuff by Christmas but it would be nice if the children thought we were good enough to bring us gifts Big grin Thanks in advance for any advice.

Bearcat, I absolutely love the "convertible" running gloves from 180s. They have a windproof shell that covers your fingers which you can fold away and tuck in as needed to make them more or less windproof. Here's the link at the 180s web site: http://www.180s.com/pages/catalog_view.aspx?g=1%2c2&y=2&i=92 They are available from lots of places like LL Bean, REI, many running stores and the like.

Acceptable at a dance, invaluable in a shipwreck.

I found some 1800's at TJ Maxx for 9.99. They are made so that you can use a cell phone or PDA with them and they are fantastic for running. I can operate my watch easily with them and they keep me plenty warm. I have Nike's that I use when it isn't extremely cold.

I wear these: http://www.shop.runningroom.com/product_info.php?language_id=1&products_id=1335 for most of my runs. If it is really cold, I wear a pair of fleece mittens over those gloves. They keep the moisture away and the fleece keeps me warm and gives me a place to wipe my runny nose. Tongue
