New to the forum ... and to running! (Read 2035 times)


Cool Jump Suit

    Back in 2009 I had run on average about 10-12 miles per week for a number of years and then in  mid August of that year I started adding a lot more distance.  Two months later I ran a half marathon and did very well I thought.  It did take a lot of focus and time.  I just started out very slowly (pace that is) and kept building.  Race day adrenaline and cooler weather took care of the rest!  Big grin
