Consistently Slow

Long work days Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday morning went pass the bathroom mirror and a haggard looking old guy was staring back at me.Is he the guy everyone else sees? Thankfully he has moved out of my vision. Last Saturday I moved into a new AG.Yeah!! Revitalized and ready to rumble.

Run until the trail runs out.

No, we don't see your face backwards like you do in the mirror.

Keep going, Ron, you might look a bit more "mature", but your body of work as a runner as of late is telling the world you're actually quite young. Keep going!

Welcome to the age group Ron.  I beat you by a week.

Now, if I could just catch up to you on the whole 100 mile thing!

I try to stay away from mirrors- pictures are just of some old guy who looks vaguely familiar- some imposter probably.
