An excellent training day (Read 587 times)

    Excellent training day. Woke up a bit tired, but went for a bike uphill for 20 minutes, 10 minutes to come back. Hamstrings a bit sore from yesterday's back extensions. I got a perfect 30 min siesta before going for a 2 hour pure weight training session at the gym with a few core exercises thrown in for good measure.
      Quite a workout -- nice going!
