| I've noticed that the forth toe on my right foot is numb. I rested it for a week but I went running today, and now it weels numb and looks a little puffy. It doesn't feel like the stress fractures I've had in the past but it does not feel right. Any ideas? |

And your toe box in your shoes is likely too tight. I have this issue from time to time with the toes on my left foot. It got better after I started keeping the laces loose nearest the toe box. It didn't make it go away completely but now at least it takes over an hour, sometimes near the two hour point for the numbness to kick in.
