Morton's Neuroma (Read 1756 times)

Petco Run/Walk/Wag 5k

I had numbness, then pain in top of my left foot when I first started running in 2008, self-diagnosed as Morton's Neuroma based on discussions on RA another web site. I first tried changing how I laced my shoes to try and open up the toe box and reduce/eliminate pressure on front of the foot. I finally settled on using lock laces (elastic laces) and that eventually corrected the problem with the positive result being no pain and best of all turning all my running shoes into slip on's!
