HDMI carries both audio and video. It sounds like you need to tell your computer to output the audio to your tv vice through your computer speakers.

Hey just wondering if you guys ended up doing this and, if so, how it worked out.
We haven't, yet. I got tired of trying to get DH to make a decision or change our plan. So, he apparently likes paying through the nose.
