Yeah me! I've never been able to run faster the second half of any of my runs so far. But yesterday I did! And it was a longish run too! Woohoo!!!

I'm slow...38 minutes out, 36 back. 7 miles total.

7 miles in 74 minutes is not slow at all. Nice workout.
