Didn't you just run a 50k? Where you holding anything?

Do you ever have neck issues?  If I have not visited the chiropractor in awhile I get numbness in the fingers after a long run.

Congrats!  Looks like you had a good race!

Run with a hand held for 10 miles but 90% of the time in the other hand.

Yes. I do have neck issues.

Some one( 400+mpm) thinks it could be do to a lack of gluten in my system.

Run until the trail runs out.

Recommend you see a doctor. Numbness anywhere is not a good sign. And there may not be a causal relationship between your race and the numbness.

can you explain this?  Maybe lack of B12 but why lack of gluten? - I'm not arguing.  I'm just curious how this could be connected because I don't eat much gluten.

                Thanks

Discover it was the arm sleeves I  received from the north face endurance race. They are too small.

Run until the trail runs out.
