We have just enough stretches of clear road that I got a mile in of 30 second strides during my easy 4 miler today. Ohhh...man. I am so much more at home doing short stretches fast than plodding for hours. Legs are VERY happy! Big grin

I haven't heard the word "Goldurnit" since I was about 15 and living back in Texas. Now I just need to hear someone use "Dagnabbit".
