          Running and depression are good companions -- you've written well, my man. Onwards! Scowling, scraping, cowering, moaning, hurting but onwards ever, best you can.

            One day at a time

              Thank you for your honesty. My son has schizophrenia and I struggle to know what's going on in his head.  I wish he could run like he used to, but he has lost the desire.  Maybe some day.

                              Great post!  I can definitely relate-- I often say meds get me out the door, but running is the true medicine.
