        Yeah, but I still find that I don't drink as much/enough when I do that. I figure with the Camelbak and aid stations that I should have more than enough fluids. Besides, I need a good way to carry my Rice Krispy treat and my inhaler, so the Camelbak works well for that.

        Getting the wind knocked out of you is the only way to

        remind your lungs how much they like the taste of air.

            That's a great list...some things I wouldn't have thought of, but would definitely come in handy--especially stuff for after the race. k
