Facebook App went down (Read 113 times)

BeckyS

I noticed yesterday evening, that I can no longer access the facebook app.  When I click this link:

    http://apps.facebook.com/runningahead

    I get the message:

    Fatal Error

An unexpected error occurred while processing your request. If this problem persists, please contact me.

I have a Windows Vista Home Premium, SP2 (32-bit) machine.

I've tried with both Firefox 29.0.1 and IE 9.

    Just a dude.

I have the same problem. Windows 7 Pro, Chrome.

But for me, the app hasn't been posting my runs for a while... /shrug

That's because this thread, just a few posts down, addresses the issue.

"C" is for cookie.  That's good enough for me.

            Just a dude.

I have seen that post before. This is a new level of broken.

Though I do understand that if he doesn't care to fix that, then that's fine. (If that is the plan, he should take the facebook integration thing off the front page though... Wink )

              eric :)

The latest set of changes must have broke it.  I'll look into it now.

                eric :)

This problem should be fixed.  I made some changes to the permissions code in the Preferences tab of the app.  Hopefully that'll fix the posting problem.  If your workouts haven't been posting to Facebook, you should check the app's preferences tab.

                  Just a dude.

                    Thanks. It is working now.

I cleared out all my permissions and set it back up. Here's hoping things start posting...
