I know that they are showing a 2 hour recap in the afternoon, but is there a website somewhere that is streaming the race live? I dont live near Houston so I dont get whatever local channel would be airing it.

Flotrack is doing an audio live stream but no video.

As far as I know, it is not streaming live, though there will be live updates on some websites, i.e. runnersworld.com, but NBC will be airing a delayed broadcast of both mens and womens races. It's scheduled for 3-5PM EST on my cable guide.
