well, I spent most of the day glued to the couch, recovering from a bit too much celebrating last night. Reading the board today gave me the little push I needed to stick to my running schedule and go run a (very slow) 3 miler today. Thanks! Cool

RA is definitely one of my big motivators for getting out there to run.
