Slow-smooth-fast

Hey , do you guys have have a running blog? I thought it be a good idea to start one as it is an easy way to keep track of things, like a diary account. Would love to read some of yours. Please visit mine and leave some comments, would love to hear from you. http://pedmondson.blogspot.com/

"I've been following Eddy's improvement over the last two years on this site, and it's been pretty dang solid. Sure the weekly mileage has been up and down, but over the long haul he's getting out the door and has turned himself into quite a runner. He's only now just figuring out his potential. Consistency in running is measured in years, not weeks. And over the last couple of years, Eddy's made great strides" Jeff 14 Jan 2009

I do not have a running blog. Out of curiosity, what stretches are you doing? Are you doing any stretches specifically for ITBS issues? I have been dealing with ITBS pain lately. Believe I run into similar feelings as you when I don't get out. oh yeah... Dude, nice looking gal... Wink

I do have a running blog. The link is in my signature. Not updated quite as much lately, but I've been quite busy at work (usual blogging time... how horrible) Also, I've been having a bit of ITB pain as well. I've increased the length of my warmup, which seems to help quite a bit. I also have the good fortune to be married to a massage therapist, so I've been getting regular work done recently. Hope both of you heal quickly!

As I link to constantly (hopefully not too annoyingly) I have a site at: news.runtowin.com I write most days, sometimes more than once, although it is only about 10-15% about my own running. Most of what I write is my thoughts on the latest news or instructional articles on things that I have learned over the past couple of decades or local race reports when I have some sort of inside scoop (I was there, or spoke with people that were there)

                        Anyone have pizza?

I started mine back in February. It's a great thing to have especially if you intend on repeating races from one year to the next. Just read your analysis from last year's race, for example. Actually, I did this personally, but now I will acknowledge it again publicly. Derek & Mike's (voiceofgrog) blog inspired me to do one. They each had a "roadto" somewhere, so I did mine too. http://roadtonewyork.blogspot.com Oh yeah, duh, it's on my signature below as well! Blush Feel free to read, comment, etc etc. Trishie, I noticed you haven't updated yours in a while. Go for it!!! Cool
