) I used to make this every year for our "birthday party"...my mom and I were born the same day, and my grandma is just a few days before us! This is one of my favorite things to make. Fast, easy, and good for you! As I mentioned on the recipe, lots of room for tweaking this toward your own tastes too.

My sister makes a great taco salad and chicken tortilla soup. Bean based food I make usually is pretty bland.

This stuff isn't bland! Infact, I tone down the chili powder. I don't like things too hot.
