Hey guys, things have been going pretty good until this week with the c2k. Monday and Wednesday I could feel a odd, slight popping in the top of my left calf right at the bottom of the back of my knee. I stopped and stretched, then tried to do the last 5 minute set and it started popping right away again, so I stopped before I injured something. I could kind of run through it before, but not really this time. I don't run again until Monday. Any ideas what I should do? More stretching?
It also does it when I walk now too.
