Is there a way to get Running Ahead to split a workout into 1 mile or 1/4 mile splits. I have noticed that if my Garmin is not set to auto lap at 1 mile then it is imported as a 3 miles run and I would like to split it into 1 mile laps, or if I do a track workout I would like to split it into 1/4 mile splits. Thanks

Yes. Go to the Summary page of the workout that you want to split. click on the "Distance" header and a popup will appear allowing you to split the workout in whatever increment you want. It's only temporary so you'll have to write down the splits in the comments section if you want to save them permanently.

Bike = 3500 miles
