Joining Multiple Plans (Read 148 times)

Is there a way to "fuse" multiple, sequential plans into one larger plan?  For reasons that now elude me, I kept my monthly plans in their discrete months.  But I now see that it's gonna get unwieldy, and I'd like to just combine all of the 2011 monthly plans into one big plan called, I don't know, "2011" or some such.  Same for 2012.

Possible?  Help?
