I ran 18 miles this morning, my longest run to date, and thought it might be good to have something with some nutritional value with me. A sliced up banana seemed like a good idea at the time. By the time I wanted it, it didn't really look like a banana anymore Next time I think I'll stick with something less squishy haha.
