I just uploaded the latest changes, which include default course distance and some forum changes. To set a default distance for a course, edit the course, and enter the distance and its unit. When you select the course in the edit run page, the distance fields will be filled for you. If it doesn't seem to work, reload the page by pressing the refresh button on your browser, which will reload the required javascript file. Enjoy!
I think I'll add cross training next. It's a big job, and it will take me at least a month, or two to complete, so be patient.
