It doesn't count if you don't cut and paste a few thousand words I don't understand. This is very disappointing. If your joints were more lubricated, you'd have done better.

I predict a certain kosher Coke loving race director will shortly post a really, really long medical article to clear this up. I'm going to get some popcorn. And a dictionary, so I can understand the Fancy-Pants words.
JK, Gluc/Chond. does not lubricate the joints. SUPARTZ does this - but is prescribed injection product. In theory Glucosamine may help preserve or rebuild cartilage but not so sure this has been proven. Either way, if your joints feel better, great. Doesn't matter the mechanism.

I took it when my hips started hurting and it helped as long as I was running higher mileage, but anything under 25 mpw I didn't need it if I ran consistently. Plus I have bad knees, and it honestly helps with that pain, too. Like most everyone else, I just take it for preventative measure.

Fish Oil is good for a number of things (lipds, mental conditions) but there was a huge study about a year ago disproving the Gluc/Chond. claims. If I can find it i will link but I recall reading it and it was in a respectable journal. I do take MV, 2g fish oil, and CoQ10 each day. Stopped the gluco/chond. when I read that study.
