Cascade Crest 100 Mile Endurance Run (Read 599 times)

You'll ruin your knees!

I had the unique blessing to be able to participate in an event held in and around Easton, WA (about 70 miles East of Seattle) last weekend and had an absolute blast! I will write up a more complete report with pictures, but wanted to get the word out. An acquaintance took these shots http://www.pbase.com/gtach/cc1002007 and some friends took these... http://hctr.smugmug.com/gallery/3390026#189495759 The race website is here... http://www.cascadecrest100.com/ with some more runner perspectives and photos... Have a great and safe Labor Day weekend! Lynn B
