I fly.

MTA:  I think that this is my 6th full.

    Bring it on.

No sandbagging here.  I wish I could do 3:20 ... maybe somewhere down the road.  Lot's of guys on here that are in their early 40's are shooting for the 3:20 BQ, maybe it's one of them you are thinking of.  I'm 46 and need a 3:30 to BQ.  That's been the goal since day 1.

I'm sure you are right.  I'm in the same boat wishing I could list 3:20 (that's my BQ) but knowing I'm not there.

mr train you are a pain, your words - they make me go insane

they strike my ever-thinking brain like little drops of acid rain

oh, to my life you are a bane; crazy, mixed up, mr train - r2e

This last one is a big fat maybe only if I decide to go for maniac status

I dont have goal times yet for anything until I see how long it is going to take to recover the lost fitness from this spring, it seems to be taking longer than usual.  There is a fair chance I'll decide to pace a friend at Portland instead of going for PR if it looks like its too far gone.

Funny, the other Portland has it's marathon on 10/4 too.  I am thinking about it.  But I'll probably just do Bay State again...
