Hi all,

I will be upgrading RA's software today. It requires some down time because it involves moving data around in the database. Since the site will be unavailable during this time, I will also be installing the latest patches for the database server. The approximate downtime is 2 hours.

This upgrade is not the same as that. The primary difference is if things go wrong, I'll just bring up the backup server. It's because I'm overly cautious that RA will be down for 2 hours instead of two short outages as the servers reboot between the patching process.
