You can go pretty anaerobic toward the end, when the bulk of your team has been captured and you're grossly outnumbered.
Hah, you're telling me. I was usually the last hold-out. At one point a guy full-on body-tackled me just to capture me. We both stood up with blood running down elbows and legs. I think it's the most fun I've ever had playing a "gym game".
Good to know it has a real name -- I've been talking to people for year about this game and nobody showed any signs of recognition under the "1,2,3..." name. Jailbreak makes sense.
