Forums >General Running>Do Runners need to be Strong?
Biomimeticist
Yes, runners need to be strong. Mentally Strong.
Hey finally a posting I can agree to.
But then again cite me the thread which discusses mental training on any running forum????
Its one of my favorite jokes, everybody here wants to learn how to be a faster distance runner physically, when playing video games will accomplish far more than any strength training program could dream of.
Experts said the world is flat
Experts said that man would never fly
Experts said we'd never go to the moon
Name me one of those "experts"...
History never remembers the name of experts; just the innovators who had the guts to challenge and prove the "experts" wrong
May I ask, "what is that thing?"

This guy looks pretty strong mentally:
Nothing like an internet idiot trying to be funny.....
Tell me your drift rate and I'll explain the science of it for you.
It's the Ostrich Pillow.
not bad for mile 25
The last three pics really are funny.
I'll have to get one as a gag gift. But wait... It's 80 euros!!!
MTA: amazon has some third party sellers that offer it cheaper (lowest was around $27).
MTA: I can totally see this pillow in a porn movie.

Dear internet idiot....
Next time anyone asks you for your drift rate and you can't give it, then giving some ridiculously stupid answer only proves what an idiot you are....
definitely spam
