Recipe: 1. Go to organic biodynamic farm that supplies your CSA 2. Collect egg from pastured chickens out in their mobile pen in the field 3. Fry on generously buttered cast iron, sprinkled with truffled salt 4. Eat OMG.

I'm running somewhere tomorrow. It's going to be beautiful. I can't wait.
