    IBTNP wants to get faster so they can beat their sister-in-law in a 5k...oh wait that is me!

     

    IBTNP wants to run a marathon but is afraid to commit.

     Sort of correct but I did commit to running one in October... it will get me close to 30 total but I am hesistant in that I am stationed in Japan and constantly going and blowing for work and uncertain about what the future deployment cycle holds for me.

                          Yep. Hit 210 pounds in December, didn’t like the condition of my gut, so I got a head start on a New Year’s resolution, and have been building miles ever since. For some reason weight loss plateaued after two months. But I hear that happens sometimes. I’m at 195, and I want to knock off another 15 pounds.  

                           

                          IBTNP doesn’t have to put up with g- d- snowfall in March (kind of bitter today).
