Today was a balmy 0 degrees F. I did not check wind chill. It was pretty calm today. It was my first run at zero or less. It was no worse than any other cold run. I have been running in the teans for the last couple of weeks.
It was beautiful though. Foot of snow on the ground and in the trees. Had to run in the plowed streets. Almost a full moon. Quite streets. Awesome. |
Short term goal: 5K
Long term goal: half marathon.
Stay injury free.

34, so it should have felt warm, but there was a strong wind. From RA, I knew to start out running INTO the wind, or I would never have finished the 4.5 miles. I was glad to get home after that!
