>Cross Training>spin bike at home? recommendations?
Needs more cowbell!
Did the Force DVD tonite. Really liked it...and the Wisconsin scenery. Made me a bit homesick.
• Do some dus...and some CX...and some tandem gravel...and some podiums...
• 130#s (or less)
• Stop letting my core go to hell
Can't give advice on the spin bike but since I'm on the bench right now with a stress fracture, I have been using DJ Steve Boyett's high BPM workouts on my MP3 player while watching TV and riding the stationary bike in my apartment. I find that they really give a great workout. It keeps my reps high and his current ones are from a new studio and they really rock! They are free from his website.
