| awesome! I wish I had tracked for the first several years that I ran. I am guessing I would be nowhere near 10000 though. |

| Excellent - I hope to get to that number September this year. It will be 7.5 years for me. To do it in less than 6 years is impressive. |

Thanks again everyone for the kind words!
I've had my fair share of bumps, bruises, aches, pains & strains over the years - but I've been pretty lucky that nothing has kept me sidelined for more that a couple weeks at most. I've been pretty good for the last couple years (knock on wood).
