IMKY13 finish!!

I just set a new PR for a 5K this weekend. My goal was to break 26 minutes (my previous PR was 26:03), and I did the 5K in 25:41!!! My very first 5K was just over two years ago, and I have shaved 9 minutes off my 5K time. My first 5K was 34:42 back in September 2006. Next up: break 25 minutes!!!

This is one of many reasons that running is such a great sport, achieving a goal always gives you a new one. Great stuff, best of luck to you in the new year Paul.
