Okay - just talked to my sister - in the UK you are labelled "geriatric" after 35! (she was 36 with second child)
I'll take advanced maternal age over that, thank you.

Prevailing wisdom encourages you to maintain a running program of at least easy runs throughout your pregnancy but not to start new types of strenuous activities that you weren't doing before your pregnancy. I've never been pregnant and never expect to be, so you can take that as you want.
