Longest long run today, 34.18 km in 2:51:13 (5:01/km / 8min/mile)

Felt pretty good, I'm starting to think I might be ready to start training for a marathon if I can up the mileage without getting hurt again.

That's as far as a lot of people ever run before they do a marathon. Congratulations.

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
