    Update: so far, so good. Have just been running by feel, all runs at easy effort. Still doing the walk breaks, 30 seconds of walking every 5 minutes, and I think that does help keep everything relaxed. I'm also taking some BCAAs before and after, (as a placebo probably), but I pretend that helps my muscles heal afterwards. In any case, no injuries are making themselves known yet.

    In the past, I've always strictly followed a running plan, once I got going. I'm really enjoying just running however much I feel like this time, though, hills or flat whatever occurs to me at the time. I might just do without an official plan so I don't overstress this go around.
