| I would like to find a 10K or 15K to run but it is hard to find a website that has a good listing of races in Ohio or Northern Kentucky. Does anyone have any good racing sites? |

Run Sub 22 5K
Run Marathon under 3:44
Get down to 145#

| In New England I use the Coolrunning calendar and New England Runner. New England Runner is part of a national network and it appears Run Ohio is your local version. Here's the Run Ohio July calendar. |

You might also want to search for local running clubs. ORRRC (Dayton's) site has local races.
