I was just looking at a training plan, and I wished I could see distance+pace rather than distance+duration.
That is, I'd rather read "8mi @ 7:30 pace" rather than "8mi in 1:00:00"

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
or just simplify your plan to be like mine. even I can follow it.
