Do Runners need to be Strong? (Read 383 times)

Yes, runners need to be strong. Mentally Strong.

Hey finally a posting I can agree to.

But then again cite me the thread which discusses mental training on any running forum????

Its one of my favorite jokes, everybody here wants to learn how to be a faster distance runner physically, when playing video games will accomplish far more than any strength training program could dream of.

Experts said the world is flat

Experts said that man would never fly

Experts said we'd never go to the moon

Name me one of those "experts"...

History never remembers the name of experts; just the innovators who had the guts to challenge and prove the "experts" wrong

May I ask, "what is that thing?"

I'll have to get one as a gag gift. But wait... It's 80 euros!!!

MTA: amazon has some third party sellers that offer it cheaper (lowest was around $27).

MTA: I can totally see this pillow in a porn movie.

Next time anyone asks you for your drift rate and you can't give it, then giving some ridiculously stupid answer only proves what an idiot you are....

You need to use some of that off time and run, mate.

                        Cheers!
