Cool Running import status

I took a break from running while I was pregnant and returned to find that I can't get into my Cool Running log which has data all the way back to 2001. I tried the links that everyone has posted and the instructions that Active gave, but I'm still unable to get in. Is there any one that is willing to help? This is a pretty crappy welcome back to running.
