going back several years I was strutting my stuff in a size 22 jean.  Thanks to running, cross training and good eating I easily put on a size 8 skinny jean today.  Smallest size ever!!  I am so happy I could scream!!

Great job!  I've had the same transformation. As a guy, I've dropped from a size 40 to a 34...mostly thanks to running. I ran my first ever half marathon in December at 2:01. Now, I've signed up for 4 halts in 2013.

Keep on running and enjoy your life!
